Estate Liquidation

This is our bread and butter. An estate sale happens when all of the property in an estate is liquidated, except for a few family heirlooms or items kept for sentimental value.

Downsizing & Moving Sales

We will take on downsizing or moving sales when a substantial amount of belongings are to be left behind. Our customers come to sales expecting to find a wide range of items such as furniture, decor, kitchenware, electronics, tools, clothing, and jewelry. If your moving sale includes many of these types of items, give us a call. We will likely be able to help.

Consignment

Perhaps you have an extensive collection of a single type of item. Whether it’s toys, jewelry, art, tools, etc. we may be able to help. While one collection may not constitute an entire sale on its own, our clients often welcome outside, specialty collections to be consigned at their sale, since they attract customers that otherwise might not have visited. Client permission is always required when consigning at a sale.

Our company’s namesake, Rosemanne Park, has over 15 years experience in vintage and antique resale. Her extensive knowledge of current values and trends will bring you peace of mind, knowing your items will be properly appraised and that your property is in good hands.

While her appraisal methods and expertise can handle practically any collection, some of her favorite items to work with include antique doll collections, mid-century modern furnishings, and vintage costumes & jewelry.
